Is an abortion a proper Christmas present?

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year!” goes a popular Christmas song.

God becomes man. God loves us so much, that He comes to us as a child born humbly in a manger.

If you believe that God is love, then that Baby we await during this Advent season is pure Love.

Despite all of the commercialization of Christmas, Christians know what it’s really all about. It’s about a Baby named Jesus, His life proof of how much God loves this world.

Christ is God’s gift to man. His Gift sparked a Christmas tradition of gift-giving amongst believers and even among the secular world.

Planned Parenthood of Indiana has a unique gift idea this year, the gift of an abortion. Rather than celebrate the gift of life, they wish to encourage a gift of death. How? With Planned Parenthood Gift Certificate to be used as stocking stuffers, as stated on their website:

“Why not buy a loved one a gift this holiday season that they really need”?

So, are they promoting Christmas abortions with their holiday gift certificates? Not exactly, according to one of their spokespersons:

“They really are intended for preventative healthcare. We decided not to put restrictions on the gift certificates so it’s for whatever people feel they need the services for most.”

In other words, you CAN use them for abortions.  Merry Christmas!

On Novemnber 30th, Quiner’s Diner wrote about a taxpayer-funded art exhibit at the Smithsonian that desecrated Christ.

Now Planned Parenthood proudly desecrates Christmas by promoting their services as a Christmas present.

I never thought I could hold the nation’s largest abortion provider in lower regard.

I was wrong.

“Now Planned Parenthood proudly desecrates Christmas by promoting their services as a Christmas present.”

Gee, I wasn’t aware that women’s health services are a desecration of Christmas.

Perhaps you are unaware that women’s health services aren’t restricted to abortion. Not aware? Well, here’s a newsflash – women use the services of Planned Parenthood for things other than abortions – services such as pap smears, annual OB/GYN exams, breast exams, birth control, and the like; services that are for women who do not have health insurance and cannot afford the services of a private physician.

But, please. Don’t allow these pesky facts to get in the way of your hate-filled and ignorant fantasies.

Perhaps you didn’t read the entire piece. Let me clear up your “ignorance” by repeating the quote from the Planned Parenthood spokesperson given in my blog post: “They really are intended for preventative healthcare. We decided not to put restrictions on the gift certificates so it’s for whatever people feel they need the services for most.” As you can see, the post acknowledges the certificates can be used for both abortion and non-abortion services.

The only thing that comes to my mind when i read this is, What is wrong is right and what is right is wrong.
