Isn’t it amazing that a Constitutional scholar can be so wrong?
Elites have gushed over his credentials as being a guy who really knows the Constitution. In a sharp rebuke to Mr. Obama’s resume’, the Supreme Court unanimously swatted down his assertion that he can go around Congress when making sensitive, political appointments.
Not three, not two, not even one justice sided with the Constitutional scholar who brazenly went around Congress and crammed his appointees down the throats of the American people.
Senator Orrin Hatch cheered this victory for the people:

“Today, the Supreme Court emphatically rejected President Obama’s brazen efforts to circumvent the Constitution, bypass the people’s elected representatives, and govern above the law. The Court has reaffirmed the Senate’s vital advice-and-consent role as a check on executive abuses.”

Brazen describes the current president. He doesn’t care about checks and balances. He cares only about his leftist agenda. Even a Supreme Court with four hardened liberals in their ranks couldn’t muster a defense of the president’s actions.
