    Agreed! I teach my students to pay attention to the expression of the face and the tone of the voice. When taking care of the patient with dementia, they may only understand those 2 things when language is lost to them. It’s like when infants prefer certain people over others. It’s usually the face and voice. People that find others don’t like them often should analyze these aspects of themselves. Too often, they blame the other party; so they never consider the possibility that they could remedy the situation easily.
