President Trump stands up for Charlie Gard

By Tom Quiner

Recently, I wrote about “the reality of Sarah Palin’s death panels.”

President Trump has stepped into the debate with this Tweet this morning:

At the same time the Left is working overtime to pull the plug on inconvenient life, it is refreshing to hear a pro life response from an American president.

I’m so glad POTUS got around to addressing this. Has the Pope made public official comments on the issue of the murder of charlie? Every time someone avails themselves of new and experi- mental treatment, the situation for that condition gets a little better for the future patients if not the patient himself. Bless those parents for putting in such hard work to be able to do just that. They have their son’s and the future patients w/ his condition in mind. The British gvt only has their assertion that they are (at a minimum) 1/2 the authority in ANY child’s life. There is some talk that the kids actually belong to the state and only cared for by the birth/adopted parents.

I honestly don’t know what the Pope said, but I sure don’t like the British government’s power of life and death over little Charlie.

See Margot Cleveland’s article in National Review Online on the Pop’s statements.

It sounds like the Vatican badly stumbled on their first statement and crafted a second to rectify missing the point. Thanks for sharing.

Wouldn’t you know it. CNN has already announced that this is nothing but a political ploy by our president. They really don’t care about this baby. Heck, the killing of babies is up their alley. Look at how much they support abortion. Another dead baby is nothing to them.
