      • I think it must be easier for the older folks to look to the divine as the flesh has less appeal and draw. I always say that the catastrophic effects T.B. had on me in my mid 20’s was a great blessing. I have noticed how drawn I am to God when things are trying for me. By the time I was getting better’ i was safely in my adult years w/ a spiritual man. A lot of the problems one can find in one’s youth just passed me by while I sought the comfort of God to deal w/ all the hospitalizations and procedures. When the flesh is not cooperative, it is easier to seek God.
