One thing you failed to mention, is that with the death tax the heirs only pay taxes on the estate, if the estate exceeds a certain amount. I believe it’s now at $2 Million dollars. So, the vast majority of Americans will not have to worry about an estate tax..Only the “1%” will have this to complain about!
