What’s the difference?

I present to you two groups, Group A and Group B.
Group A has the full protection of the 14th Amendment to our Constitution, including this clause:
“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Group B is denied these protections.
Group A is a powerful political force with deep pockets supporting them.
Group B has no power or financial resources unto itself.
Group A enjoys more discretionary income than the general population.
Group B has no discretionary income.
Group A has hopes and dreams.
Group B has hopes and dreams.
Group A has the full power and resources of the Democratic Party at its beck and call to advance its political agenda.
Group B has the full power and resources of the Democratic Party galvanized against them in a bitter fight to deny them human rights.
Group A are the allies of the Democratic Party.
Group B and their supporters are viewed as enemies by the Democratic Party.
Group A are members of the gay culture in our society promoting the gay political agenda.
Group B are the preborn.
