Someone asked me the other day, “Is success evil?”
The answer of course is a plain NO. It is up to everyone to seek motivation, and not to stray in underachieving paths.
There’s goodness in America because the country always encouraged people to succeed. It is a country that never really fostered the culture of envy. (Though now I think it’s slowly heading towards the cult of personalities).
This is the country that fostered ALL Nobel-prize winning scientists of Chinese descents (Imagine that!), motivated and rewarded their efforts, encouraged their inventiveness to greater heights.
I can’t imagine any country like the United States– but with more bad decisions I can imagine a people losing trusts of their government, and the country’s long-proven, Christian fundamentals.
