Is Rand Paul the leading pro life candidate?

Rand Paul has taken the offensive on Life issues. Here is his latest quote:

“The government does have some role in our lives. One of the main roles the government has is to [prevent] you from harming another individual, which gets us back to the original debate: where life begins. You can’t have liberty if you don’t protect where your liberty originates from and that is a right to life.”
