The use of the verb “hate” by supporters of various liberal causes is intended as an act of censorship. It immediately shuts down what could’ve been be a fruitful conversation between honorable people.

Thanks to the great Protestant pastor, Rick Warren, for spreading a message of reason in an age of unreason.

If you want to know what the left is doing, just look at what they accuse us of. Why do they automatically assume that Christians and conservatives are motivated by hate? Why do they assume that we couldn’t possibly have actual reasons for our beliefs — reasons we arrived at as the result of careful study, observation, and thought — so hate is the only possible motivation? Since they have no evidence to support the accusation, I can’t help wondering if they’re just projecting because that’s how they arrived at their (demonstrably loopy) beliefs — their hatred of tradition, morality, Christianity, and God.

To answer your question: yes, the Left is projecting. Thanks for writing … always great to hear from you.
