World War III

We are engulfed in an undeclared world war: Islam against the world.
The attacks and associated casualties are a daily occurrence. Here is a list of this week’s carnage according the website, “The religion of peace:”
| 012.09.11 (Sanaa, Yemen) – Twelve people bleed out following a suspected al-Qaeda blast. |
| 2012.09.10 (Mussayib, Iraq) – Sunni bombers take down three Shiites near their shrine. |
| 2012.09.10 (Parachinar, Pakistan) – Sunnis murder fourteen members of the minority Shiite sect with a car bomb that rips through a packed market. |
| 2012.09.10 (Kunduz, Afghanistan) – A Holy Warrior blows himself up at a demonstration, sending twenty-one other souls to Allah. |
| 2012.09.10 (Aleppo, Syria) – The FSA claims a bombing outside a hospital and school that leaves seventeen civilians dead. |
| 2012.09.09 (Mula Khel, Afghanistan) – Religion of Peace extremists pull six civilians out of a vehicle and execute them. |
Since September 11th, 2001, Islamic terrorists have carried out 19,588 deadly terrorist attacks. That’s about 4.8 attacks a day spanning the world.
Although Islam likes to present themselves as the religion of peace, their actions are decidedly un-peaceful on a global scale.
Why?
Muslims seem to be historic underachievers. Economically, they lag behind so much of the world despite possessing oil-rich land. Mitt Romney bravely asserted that the reason for economic disparity between the Palestinian Authority and Israel came down to a difference of values.
The Arab world and the International Left disagree. They blame it on oppression, checkpoints, and blockades. And yet even Saudi Arabia lags behind. As Daniel Greenfield explains writing for FrontPageMag.com:
“Saudi Arabia has no Israeli checkpoints, no Israeli soldiers or planes flying overhead. It has wealth literally pouring out of the ground with a fifth of the world’s petroleum reserves. And yet the IMF puts it 13 places behind Israel and the World Bank puts it 8 places behind Israel. The only Muslim countries with a better GDP Per Capita than Israel are small monarchies drowning in oil.”
One measure of a culture is how much have they contributed to the advancement of civilization. One modern measure would be the number of Nobel Prize winners each culture produces.
The Islamic world is woefully underrepresented by this yardstick with only seven Muslims having won a Nobel Prize despite the fact that Muslims represent 20 percent of the world’s population (or 1.2 billion people).
By contrast, Jews have won a remarkable 129 Nobel Prizes even though they only represent 0.02% of the world population (or 14 million people).
Quite a difference. Quite a difference in values. Jews don’t teach their kids to be terrorists and to try kill people they hate in massive quantities.
Perhaps if the Muslim world called a halt to their World War, they could spend more time in productive pursuits.
Until that day, people will continue to die and Islam will continue down their path of being history’s biggest loser.
So Turkey and Kuwait are backwards countries?
