Very cool. By the way, did you read that another famous Mary icon, the “Black Madonna” of Częstochowa (Poland) was again attacked. A nutcase tried to throw a bucket of paint on it last week, but didn’t get past security. This Polish icon does not have the mystical origins of Our Lady of Guadalupe, but has a very mystical history since its creation. I find them both utterly fascinating.
I have a painting of her over my bed. I feel very protected!
