No, I don’t think he has released a budget for this year yet. This cartoon (which I got from your Facebook page) nails the essence of his past (and future) budgets.

Sarcasm, I was employing sarcasm asking whether he’d actually released a budget. Hence the phrase “were that the case.” Everyone is well aware that the Skeeter-in-Chief is far too busy to be bothered with pesky things like his job.

Not to pick Nits (whatever a nit, is!?!?), but i think Obama has submitted budgets which have received ZERO voted in congress, albeit they were submitted “late.” The senate has not passed a budget in nearly 4 years (which i understand they are legallly obligated to do) hence the house passing the bill “encouraging them” to do so or forgo their salaries until they do. The whole politics thing gets curiouser and curioser. I cite Obamacare as exhibit one in the causation of my befuddlement.
I join you in being befuddled. Either I am the dumbest taxpayer in history, or Obama is. I’m not sure there is much middle ground. There are no shortage of folks who would suggest that it is I.
