Unfortunately, Tom, I fail to see the humor. I LOATHE this Obama. What he is doing to our country every day is masterful. And intentional. How he gets away with it, is absolutely beyond comprehension. NSA, IRS, Benghazi, Trading traitor, Bergdahl for 5 high ranking terrorists, amnesty for 11 million illegals, open borders, saying “we are not at war with Islam, Islam is a religion of peace”. If I hear those words one more time….And now all of the lying about ebola, & not closing our borders. Not closing off air travel to West Africa. Sorry I fail to see any humor in this evil dictator.
Actually, it’s quite easy to comprehend. The House is led by a limp-wristed pseudo-conservative who refuses to do anything that might harm his image in the eyes of the “establishment” republicans or the media. And the media is in Obama’s back pocket, admittedly a little less than they used to be, but they still come down more on his side than against him. The Senate is led by an obstructionist demagogue who refuses to even consider a bill if it was sponsored by a legislator with an R after his name. The Supreme Court and lower courts have decided it is their job to promote social change by judicial fiat through their own rulings rather than by the will of the people. We need to elect a Republican majority Senate starting with Joni Ernst here in Iowa, and David Young to the House. We need to elect a fiscally conservative Republican to the presidency in 2016, and maybe then we can restore some sanity to our Federal government.
