Here’s what my State Representative to the Iowa legislature, Marti Anderson, a Democrat, had to say about Tuesday’s election on her Facebook page:

“We got kicked because they ran on hatred of our President and we did not play offense on the amazing things his administration has accomplished. Since he was elected, he’s insured 25% of the uninsured, reduced unemployment from 7.8% to 5.9%. Even while they run on reducing the national debt, the ND has actually been reduced from 9.8% to 2.8% of the GDP. Consumer confidence has increased from 37.7 to 94.5, GDP growth has increased from -5.4% to 4.6%, and the Dow Jones has increased from 7,949 to 17,390. Then there was the Lilly Ledbedder act and eliminating “don’t ask, don’t tell.”

Here is what she’s saying: if you vote against Democratic policies, you are a racist.

Does this mean that if Dr. Ben Carson, a black man, runs for president that SHE is racist if she doesn’t vote for him?

Does this mean that SHE is a misogynist since SHE didn’t vote for Joni Ernst?

Does this mean that SHE hates Mormons since SHE didn’t vote for Mitt Romney?

Of course, racism/misogyny/religious bigotry only cuts one way for the liberal elites, since they have superior FEELINGS compared to us conservative schmucks, who only like white men (and white women who know their place).

I happen to like Ms. Anderson a great deal. But her words are appalling. Democrats are all about identity politics. If you are a woman with conservative ideals, such as a Sarah Palin, they will do everything in their power to destroy you.

Talk about misogyny.

Regarding the results Ms. Anderson showcases: this blog has produced a litany of reasons to vote against the tired liberal policies espoused by the Democratic Party. Don’t call me a hater or a racist since I merely disagree with your policies and skewed stats.

Condeeleeza Rice, who last time I looked was black, was just as appalled as I:

“The idea that you would play such a card and try fearmongering among minorities just because you disagree with Republicans, that they are somehow all racists, I find it appalling. I find it insulting. We are not race blind. Of course we still have racial tensions in this country. But the United States of America has made enormous progress in race relations and it is still the best place on Earth to be a minority.”

Now it appears that the President is going to wave his MEOW and make millions of illegal aliens immediately legal (for the uninitiated, the MEOW is the Magic Executive Order Wand).

Is this a good idea? Well, the Marti Andersons of the world will call you a racist if you disagree. Condaleeza Rice has a different perspective:

“We can’t have a circumstance in which we are going after a problem as meddlesome and potential divisive as immigration by executive action only. This has to go through the people’s representatives.”

Compromise is not possible when one side calls you names if you don’t play by their rules.

What you end up with is a cat fight.

Although I don’t have the context of the quote, I don’t see it as inherently racist.

My issue with her statement is the near-certainty that the “all-powerful statistics” she spat out are either patently false or misrepresent reality. I mean 37.7->94.5% consumer confidence? Who can’t see that something is fishy about that?

While she’s at it, she also needs to cite his 100% pro-abortion legislative record.

Lee, the term “hatred of our president” is code word for racism.

        Given.
I was expecting a refutation of those ridiculous statistics, which in my mind is effective in stamping out cat fights.

Keep up the Good work, Tom.
