“O come let us adore Him!”

By Tom Quiner

How many times have you sung that beautiful stanza from “O Come All Ye Faithful?”

I played it on the piano at Mass last night. Dr. Peter Kreeft puts this phrase into perspective:

“Only God may be adored, because only God is unlimited goodness, truth, and beauty, and thus only God deserves unlimited love.”

Sing it:

Come and behold him
Born the King of Angels:

O come let us adore Him; O come let us adore Him; O come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord!

Listen to Josh Grobin sing this beautiful hymn.

Merry Christmas!
