The Trump appeal
By Tom Quiner
I oppose the Donald Trump candidacy.
This blog has repeatedly pointed out his deficiencies as a leader and a human being. Clearly, many disagree.
In his video commentary above, Bill Whittle explains the Trump appeal: he doesn’t care what anyone else thinks. He’s immune to the Thought Police on the left who have so effectively spread their PC culture to the media, to our entertainment, to our schools, to our workplaces, to our college campuses, and even into our churches.
Even more, says Whittle, Trump advances a consistent message, which he wears on his hat:
“Make America great again.”
Two-thirds of this country believe America’s greatness has been squandered. Only the hard-core left wing of American politics like what has happened the country premised on God-given rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
The Obama years have gutted this American Creed.
Is Donald Trump the guy to make America great again? I’m dubious.
We can do so much better.
<– Agrees with Tom Quiner on this one. If we want a bully-in-chief, insulter-in-chief, or whiner-in-chief, lets go with the Donald!
Thank-you, sir!
The worrisome part is that he’s still more qualified than the Democratic candidates.
That’s not saying much!
