    I am puzzled then why so many Republicans have voted for Trump in the Primaries if these figures mean anything!

      That’s a good question. He’s pulling a lot of blue-collar Democrats, too. Trump is an Independent running in the Republican Party; just as Sanders is an Independent running in the Democratic Party.
