Rudy for Secy of State

I like Mitt Romney.

He’s a great manager. A good human being. And he led the anti-Trump movement.

These are good things … except that Trump won.

Donald Trump is president-elect of the United States of America. He needs to nominate a Secretary of State who reflects the Trump mandate. That man is not Mitt Romney, at least at Secretary of State. I do believe it would be a betrayal of the Trump supporters.

Secretary of State is a big cabinet pick.

Would Romney do a good job? I believe the answer is yes. But so would Rudi Giuliani, a Trump loyalist.

Mr. Trump owes his supporters a Secretary of State who honors his mandate. My vote: Mayor Giuliani.
