Perfect. I could almost laugh (if the results weren’t so serious). If you and I and all faithful Catholics can see the utter stupidity, why don’t the so-called elites recognize the obvious? This is what happens with idolatry of the self. They think, “Who in their right minds would disagree with the fruit of my intelligence and wisdom?” Indeed!!! When they eschew God, there is no wisdom for it only comes from the Holy Spirit. It is an upside-down world, Tom. Their thinking is just as St. Paul tells us, futile, “…they became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless minds were darkened.” Romans 1:21.
We can not reason with them. They are filled with themselves and the devil, not with God. They are ruining our country and the world. We know, through Sacred Scripture, that this confusion will occur. I daresay, each of us has been a party to it. It is written that only Christ will right this ship but woe to those of us who are lukewarm and those who do not strive to build up God’s kingdom here on earth.
