Repulsed by Hillary

By Tom Quiner

Hillary Clinton is easy to dislike.

She’s just not an honest person. No one likes a person who stretches the truth, distorts the truth, or intentionally tells untruths over and over again.

No one likes a person who lies to try to make herself (on himself) look heroic.

That doesn’t mean they won’t vote for such person. I have no shortage of friends who will vote for Ms. Clinton if she’s the Democratic candidate in spite of the above. They either brush off her love affair with deceit, or divert their attention to evil Republicans who hate women, blacks, gays, the elderly, Hispanics, Muslims, legal immigrants, undocumented workers, or any other label you’d wish to apply.

In their eyes, her sins pale in comparison to the evil that will be perpetrated on the little guy by dastardly Republicans. In other words, what’s a little lie? What’s a little deceit?

We’ve got to get over our love affair with integrity!

That’s how they think. Fair enough.

But I’ve got to say, Hillary Clinton has given me a new reason to be repulsed by her candidacy.

She had an all-woman choir called “Voices From the Heart” sing at a campaign event. They sang an old gospel tune called “Woke Up This Morning (With My Mind on Jesus)” … EXCEPT … they changed Jesus to “Hillary.”

“Woke up this morning with my mind on Hillary.”

636_112612_fx_obama_crucifix-620x243We had to put up with the unseemly slobbering deification of Barack Obama the past 7 some years. I’ll never forgot actor, Jamie Foxx, characterizing Mr. Obama as “our Lord and savior, Barack Obama.”

My stomach hurt for days over that one.

Or there was this one from the associate editor for the Smith College newspaper, Maggie Mertens:

“I Will Follow Him: Obama As My Personal Jesus. Obama is my homeboy. And I’m not obama_halo7saying that because he’s black – I’m saying that in reference to those Urban Outfitters T-shirts from a couple years ago that said, ‘Jesus is my homeboy.’ Yes, I just said it. Obama is my Jesus.”

Here’s what the Danish newspaper, Politiken said when Mr. Obama had been President for all of 9 months:

“And no we are not thinking of Jesus Christ, whose birthday has just been celebrated – – but rather the President of the United States Barack Hussein Obama….

Obama is, of course, greater than Jesus – if we have to play that absurd Christmas game.”

Let’s face it, Democrats have gotten over their love affair with God. You’ll recall that at their last convention, they booed the inclusion of God in their party platform. The party’s elite cynically crammed God into the platform for the sake of politics, not principle.

Their elite know that there are a lot of moderate voters out their who still haven’t gotten over their love affair with God yet, so they played the game to con some of the faithful to pull the big “D” on election day.

Hillary Clinton is playing a dangerous game if she thinks she can pull an Obama and try to fill God’s shoes. She doesn’t enjoy the drooling adoration that Barack Obama has enjoyed.

I really didn’t think I could be more repulsed by Ms. Clinton. I guess I was wrong.

It’s like déjà vu all over a gain!

But she is the “devil we know,” Tom (even as Obama has been the President for almost seven years). Hillary is easier to understand. She is obsessed with power (in a conventional way). She is really not an activist. Yes, she is a law unto herself. She is lawless (and all those things you wrote about, Tom).

It is easy to know that she is poisonous. There have been others like her who are feminists for self gain. She is not an idealist. Whatever will get her into the President’s chair is what she will champion.

And then there is Obama. He is another animal. He is more dangerous, less understood, than Hillary. To his faithful constituency he has taken on super-human characteristics. He walks on water and they worship him. To me and to faithful Christians, he is the black wolf, the nigra lupus, who leads the sycophants and those who are gullible to their ruin, their perdition.

For those of us who are new to the perils of politics and evil (and I am relatively new) Obama is frightening because he is post messianic in his popularity. It is as if he is an incarnation of some demon that God has allowed to sway the population (those who are able to be swayed, anyway). Those of us who are faithful Christians know that a spiritual battle is taking place right now because of the unfaithfulness of the masses. It is not a time of complacency for us.

Hillary’s actions are immoral while Obama’s are amoral. She has a moral code but has broken it. Obama has no moral code. Hillary is practical, Obama is ethereal. Hillary is selfish and dastardly, completely out for herself. Obama is almost hapless, taking on the aura, the emanation of something both otherworldly and worldly.

The masses have made Obama into a savior. That he relishes that most high role with abandon makes me believe he is completely in thrall to Lucifer and his minions. Like Lucifer he struts after souls. He is full of himself and does very little to hide his pride. Because of the perversity of her actions for years on end, Hillary is in a state of iniquity but, as you have said, Tom, is not in that exalted realm with Obama. She should be grateful that she is not that far gone, but because she is of a confused mind, she is unaware of the danger to her soul.

For all the reasons you stated, a post-president Barack Obama scares me. Who knows how he’ll meddle in our affairs. For the reasons you and I both laid out, I am dubious of Hillary’s electability.
