Media bias
By Tom Quiner
The Mainstream Media gave Barack Obama a free pass.
They still give him a free pass. Not only is his past not scrutinized, it is ignored.
The president has admitted to drug use. Why didn’t the media pursue the story? Why didn’t they track down his friends from his high school and college years to learn more about this man who is transforming the value system of our nation from the top-down?
The young Barack Obama’s life is largely a mystery.
On the other hand, they are digging deep into Mitt Romney’s past, not out of journalistic integrity, but out of a desire to find dirt.
They came up with a story from Mr. Romney’s prep school days that depicts him as an anti-gay bully. The story claims he led a “posse” of his thuggish friends to forcibly cut the hair of a gay student.
The point: Mitt Romney is an anti-gay bad guy because he thinks marriage should be reserved for a man and a woman.
On the other hand, Barack Obama is a pro-gay good guy because he thinks it’s okay for gays to marry.
The liberal Washington Post got a former class mate to corroborrate the story:
“I always enjoyed his pranks,” said Stu White, a popular friend of Romney’s who went on to a career as a public school teacher and has long been bothered by the Lauber incident. “But I was not the brunt of any of his pranks.”
But then it turns out the guy didn’t witness the event and just learned about it after being contacted by The Washington Post.
The Romney smear job is in full force.
