Some of the best people in the world need your help

By Tom Quiner

The Iowa Right to Life book sales starts today! Go!

I know some of these people, and I am in awe of them.

I don’t impress easily. Celebrity status doesn’t mean much to me. But these behind-the-scene servants make me want to be a better person. I’m talking about the tireless workers who are sponsoring the Iowa Right to Life Booksale which starts today at 4 PM at the Jordan Park Camp Building (see map below).

In particular, I’d like to recognize Rhonda Phillips for initiating and organizing this book sale. She deserves your prayers, as a starting point, and your active participation in this sale … not for her sake, but the for human life this sale supports.

Rhonda and her team need your help. Come out and support this book sale with your presence, and to buy a book or two. You might only spend a few bucks, but these bucks add up fast when thousands of  people show up.

These bucks go to help some of the other best people in the world, the preborn.

You will give a voice to the voiceless by supporting this great event.

Need some great reading material at ridiculously low prices? Check out the Iowa Right to Life booksale. Starts today. Your purchase, no matter how small, gives a voice to the voiceless. Please support this event to help spread peace and justice to all.

This is a fantastic alternative to the “Planned Parenthood” book sale. My mother-in-law is an annual patron. I will try to stop by Saturday.

Tom..thank you for your kind comments. It is true that I am the “face” of the booksale but this service to God would never get off the ground without the hard work of the volunteers. Also Executive Director Jenifer Bowen, a warrior for the unborn, prayerfully steers IRTL and always has my back.
We do require the public’s support for the sale to be successful. If you can’t attend do tell others about the sale and prayerfully consider making a financial donation which goes toward helping the crisis pregnancy centers in IA.
Thanks Tom for your support and staunch stand for life!
