So painful to read this…even when we’ve all known all along that this kind of awful thing goes on all the time, in so many places.

Curious… How do you bring that subject up without being confrontational?

“Did you hear about the mass murders in Pennsylvania?” [Friend rolls eyes; knows you are talking about abortion]

This friend is a good friend and an honest seeker. In addition, she is a very open-minded person. (Rebecca, are you reading this?) Furthermore, there is a lot of trust and good will in our friendship.

She is one of those wonderful people, who are not on the same political page with us, that we can have a good discussion with. Her grown children are of the same ilk.

Because these kids were killed outside of the womb and outside of the birth canal. By anyone’s definition, except for Obama’s and Planned Parenthood’s, these are persons who were killed.

I disagree that Obama would not see this as murder. The key word here is “viable”.

Many people make up PP, so I guess you would have to show me their official policy that would regard this as acceptable. I realize emotionally, this is a cop-out but when it comes down to it, the “official” policy is what is all you can legally go by.

PP should get NO federal tax dollars. I don’t want a dime of my money going to those butchers.

That is an understatement. Thanks for stating it!

Is this really that shocking? PP is a business after all. Not a non-profit, IIRC.

I thought they were a non-profit. Can you expand on your response?

If they can generate more abortions by poorly prescribing birth control or giving out defective condoms, that will allow them to make more money. I guess this article didn’t mention PP, per se, but it would not surprise me.

In the early 60’s, PP put out a manual that said such things as “abortion will kill your child and may make you infertile”. They sure changed their tune when they realized the profits that were to be made.
