The dems don’t watch the videos, Tom. It would be too much of a prick to their consciences to see the truth. They rather live in euphemisms: women’s healthcare, women’s reproductive heath, women’s autonomy, it’s a women’s right to choose (not the government’s), a war on women, etc.
If the Catholic and Christian churches would teach the truths instead of abdicate to the prince of this world, then people would know the talking points (even though their consciences already know the truth) which are that natural rights come from God first and foremost before the rule of law and that anyone/any government which tries to forcibly negate natural rights is taking license with those rights, that the Church supports peaceful protests against unjust laws and, when necessary, civil disobedience, that no one can remove our natural rights or compel against them (unless they take license with God and to do so is grave matter). The Sunday homilies are so regulatory that I do not feel any compunction about attending masses in foreign languages at my local church because I then do not have to become agitated during the homily.
There is some good to report, though, Tom. Today the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (H.R. 3504). I called the Washington office of my liberal democratic representative, Janice Hahn. Her staff told me that she intends to vote for the life of the baby born alive and that it is expected that most of the House will vote the same. Thank God the democratic machine hasn’t completely lost their minds to Satan, although we know that it is already a federal crime to kill babies who are born alive, so I don’t know how deeply the Dems had to search their consciences to make the right decision.
Planned Parenthood has been circulating a memo throughout Congress asking them to opposed the bill saying, “[It] is yet another attempt to politicize women’s health and limit women’s access to abortion.” Here is the full memo:
