The official religion of the Democratic Party
By Tom Quiner
A religion is defined by dogma.
After all, what is a religion but a set of principles and beliefs; that is, dogmas.
The Roman Catholic Church has a set of dogmas that are virtually unchanged for 2000 years.
Protestantism has splintered into some 30,000 to 40,000 strains, each with their own sets up dogma.
Another religion has re-emerged with a vengeance. It has its own set of timeless dogmas, including:
√ Child sacrifice.
√ Sexual hedonism.
√ Nature worship.
This timeless religion has existed for thousands of years, and is called paganism. Let us call the modern strain “neo paganism.” It is the unspoken, but official, religion of the Democratic Party. Democrats believe in unfettered human abortion, in other words, child sacrifice to appease their god, Planned Parenthood.
Democrats believe in unfettered sexual freedom, whether it is so-called gay marriage or transgenderism, to appease their god: the gay lobby.
But unlike their unfettered approach to all things involving sex and reproduction, Democrats believe in draconian restrictions when it comes to energy production, consumption, and commerce to appease their god: nature worshipping environmental extremists.
As you can see, neo paganism has many deities.
Diane Feinstein is an orthodox neo pagan. She embraces each of the dogmatic principles presented above. It’s important to remember this in light of her recent nomination grilling of Amy Barrett for the United States Court of Appeals. Said Senator Feinstein:
“When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you. And that’s of concern when you come to big issues that large numbers of people have fought for for years in this country.”
This is of concern to the Senator because Ms. Barrett is a Roman Catholic who has stated she embraces the dogma of her Church, the major competing religion to neo paganism.
Senator Dick Durbin continued the inquisition with this question:
“Do you consider yourself an orthodox Catholic?”
Durbin considers himself a Catholic, although clearly not an orthodox one who actually believes all of the dogmas of the Catholic Church. The intent was to disqualify Ms. Barrett as being a dogmatic extremist who would follow Rome instead of the Constitution, despite her response:
“It is never appropriate for a judge to apply their personal convictions, whether it derives from faith or personal conviction.”
Remember, Barrett is a protege of the late Antonin Scalia, a Constitutionalist. What else would an “orthodox” judge claim?
Several things are going on. For starters, in light of their loathing of Catholic dogma, Democrats are getting increasingly brazen in their anti Catholic bigotry. Even more, they are essentially establishing a litmus test to disqualify future “orthodox” Catholics from judgeships.
In psychological terms, Democrats are employing “projection”, which Wikipedia describes this way:
“Psychological projection is a theory in psychology in which humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others.”
Democrats will go to the mat for their religion to uphold their rigid dogma. Although the First Amendment of the Constitution declares that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,” Democrats are feverishly establishing neo paganism as the official religion of the United States.
Since when did they let a little thing called the Constitution stand in their way?
