I have a friend who is a passionate supporter of Dr. Ben Carson.
Dr. Carson’s campaign just had its top three people resign, leaving the status of his campaign in doubt.
Nonetheless, Dr. Carson’s impressive resume’ shouldn’t be forgotten, as Tiffinay Compiano writes in today’s Des Moines Register:

“We should speak out for Muslims
During an interfaith prayer in the Capitol rotunda on Dec. 13, Protestant pastor and concentration camp survivor, Martin Niemoeller, was quoted: “First they came for the Communists, but I was not a Communist so I did not speak out. Then they came for the Socialists and the Trade Unionists, but I was neither, so I did not speak out. Then they came for the Jews, but I was not a Jew so I did not speak out.
