Another “bait and switch” from Planned Parenthood
Planned Parenthood left out some key details when they announced to the media their new location at 818 5th Avenue in downtown Des Moines, IA. They told the media the new location is for “treatment for colds and the flu, sore throats and ear aches” (Associated Press 3/2/13). Planned Parenthood spokesperson Shelby Cloke told the media abortions will not be performed there. But on Planned Parenthood’s website, first on its list of services for the new location is, “Abortion Referral.”

We had an affect on a couple of passing cars that we do know about. One gentleman pulled into the parking lot and walked over through the rain to give us $20. That will go to the Respect Life committee at my parish, Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Another man and his young son pulled up and brought us two trays of hot chocolate from a local coffee shop.

Planned Parenthood of the Heartland’s letter by Jill June accuses Gov. Branstad of bias with the Iowa Board of Medicine. But Iowa’s Board of Medicine has long revealed its bias by turning a blind eye towards Planned Parenthood’s dangerous abortion experiments on Iowa women.

Christianity is built upon the beautiful Theology of Agape’(sacrificial) Love. Christ died on the cross so we might live. We, too, are called to live sacrificially for our neighbors, even if they are preborn. Barack Obama’s Theology of Abortion is built upon self-centeredness. Today’s “Dear Abby” reveals the false thinking of the Planned Parenthood crowd. A 15 year old girl writes: “I’m 15. I have dated since I was 12 but never told my parents and sort of went out of my way to hide it from them. I had sex when I was 13, but was always careful about using birth control. I’m on the pill and always use condoms.”

By Tom Quiner From 1980 to 1988, there were 1 million deaths due to the Iran/Iraq war. From 1980 to 1988, there were 14 million deaths in the U.S. due to abortion. Before the U.S./Iraq war began, there were an estimated 270 mass graves in Iraq. It is estimated that those graves hold the bodies…

Why is the president and his party so insistent on expanding human abortion? Their party platform essentially calls for unrestricted taxpayer funded abortion. The president insists that Catholic employers and organizations buy abortifacients for their employees in direct violation of their First Amendment rights. Why this lust for abortion?

I have a question for you. When is the last time someone starved to death in America? I’m not saying it hasn’t happened, but I suspect if it did, it would be front page news with screaming headlines. By the same token, a million plus human abortions are performed in this country every year. It is not news …
