You know that beautiful story the president shared at the State of the Union address Tuesday? You know, the one about the cop who adopted the baby of a heroin addict 8 months pregnant?

The story made my day.

On the other hand, the New York Times was livid that Trump didn’t acknowledge the plight of the drug addict. Seriously. Donald Trump can do nothing right with the mainstream media.

He didn’t just set rating records, he smashed them to smithereens. The old record for cable television was 6.5 million viewers; Trump pulled 11.7 million viewers.
